Bus Tickets from Santa Marta, CO to Bucaramanga

The seats were great, the bus was on time, but unfortunately there was no WiFi and the electricity outlets did not work

Very cold, difficult to sleep. The temperature should be 20 centigrade, it's a bus not a beer cooler .

Rude staff. Incredibly slow service excluding traffic and other external factors.

Good busride, we arrived a bit earlier than expected which is great. Comfy seats and a lot of entertainment to choose from at your own screen. VERY cold in the bus so take warm clothes and a blanket.

Service was very professional from start to finish, comfortable bus. Air conditioning very cold, was not warm enough in a fleece and long pants, a blanket is rewuired

Cold bus. Rain leaked on me and my stuff during the ride. Provided a juice box, headphones and a decent selection of movies in English.

Exellent. On time, even got there 2hrs earlier. Only issue was the AC. I read about it and got on the bus with a pile and long gymsuit. Yet, I froze. I suggest bringing a whole blanket, like locals do.

Very comfortable seats with recliner and leg support, helpful staff. No blanket/snacks like on the other night buses I've taken but still recommend

Overall a good experience for a budget way to travel! Bus was very cold as many people have said so bring a hoody. No paper in toilet for a long journey. Other than that seats were big and comfortable and here was entertainment/screens on board as well as Wi-Fi.
