According to the reviews, ADO GL provides a comfortable and well-equipped travel experience with excellent accommodations. However, multiple users have mentioned that the temperature inside the bus was uncomfortably cold. Additionally, there were reports of bathroom facilities not functioning properly during some trips.

Excellent service from Puerto Escondido to Oaxaca. The bus station was easy to find and the inside clearly marked with a digital departure board. There were 2 small concession stands to buy snacks. The bus was clean and modern with well organised boarding and security check. Seating was comfortable for this 3 hour journey and water and headphones for the entertainment. Internet was spotty but simply because coverage even on your phone is sometimes poor in less populated areas. Our journey was delayed by about 15 minutes due to the ongoing works but otherwise everything was as expected. Arrival in Oaxaca was good with rapid luggage unloading.

The bus smelled like a toilet. Now imagine spending 3 hours in a moving toilet and decide for yourself. Apart from the mobile toilet aspect it was quite alright. Big comfortable seats, Aircon was working and the onboard entertainment system is decent.

We were meant to be on a bus taking 6hrs 5mins from Mexico City airport to Oaxaca. An hour in and we had done a convoluted loop back to the airport…. No explanation?? We got to our destination after an 8hr 20min ride - so 30 % late!!
