The trip was amazing, the driver was great and the experience at customs and immigration was fantastic. But it would have been good to have slightly more than the bare minimum - maybe a bottle of water or something. Arrival in Santiago, however was disgusting and the process of getting luggage was a nightmare. The bus station there is a real horror show compared to Mendoza. Not Cata’s fault but it’s really awful

There was only one problem. On the ceiling in your bus, in passage between seats on second floor, is attached some square hard plastic things on which I allways hit my head when I went out from the bus. I'm wearing a hut and didn't see them, and each time forgot about that and hit my head again even two times. Maybe it is possible to put these technique devices little bit aside from passage. Thanks.

Very comfortable seats on the lower deck. We didn’t like having the volume of the film from the speaker above our heads and couldn’t find a way to turn it off

It was a lovely clean bus. The driver was excellent. Immigration took a while but as to be expected, arrived an hour late due to this. Overall a great and reliable experience

Very good service during the trip, giving us the feeling of being well taken care of, especially through the customs on the border between Chile and Argentina. And the bus arrived on time in Mendoza - wonderful! A little difficult to find CATA Internacional at the bus station in Santiago and understand the check-in procedure, but once we found it, the staff was very service minded.
