Greyhound User Reviews
Greyhound receives praise for punctuality and helpful customer service, with some drivers being noted as friendly. However, several reviews mention issues such as uncomfortable seating conditions, maintenance concerns on buses, and communication gaps regarding delays. Additionally, there are reports of high temperatures inside the bus due to technical problems with climate control systems.
I liked the drop off and pickup. I liked how there were seatbelts. I wish there was a trash can on board or maybe some kind of cleaning service. Like how on a flight the attendants clean in between stops. I feel like there should be someone on board besides the driver so that when we stop they can do a quick clean before we continue the trip

Everything was very smooth as far as the ticket check and boarding. The bus was clean and the driver was pleasant. Only problem I had was the leg room. My right knee only bends 25% so I always sit at the aisle so that I can straighten it. I'm sure that's a safety hazard although I try as much as I can to tuck it in. Also the sockets were loose, charger continued to fall out.

I would pay mor for a ticket if there was more seat room on the buses.

The Atlanta bust station is not safe. The buses are old. The drivers were mostly rude.
Cameron G.
Awful, the bus was dirty and nasty, I believe that had roaches too, strong pee smell, seats so uncomfortable and the ac didn’t work
Jennifer C.
The driver was extremely rude and unhelpful It was hot in the bus, some plugs didnt work and we were literally 8 on the bus and the driver insister i sat next to another grown man which is ridiculous especially when the bus is empty, in général i was very disatisfied with the whole expérience
