Greyhound User Reviews
Greyhound has received feedback highlighting a comfortable travel experience, with efficient handling of unexpected delays by providing alternative tickets promptly. However, some users have noted the absence of Wi-Fi on long journeys and mentioned issues related to staffing behavior and delays.
I liked the drop off and pickup. I liked how there were seatbelts. I wish there was a trash can on board or maybe some kind of cleaning service. Like how on a flight the attendants clean in between stops. I feel like there should be someone on board besides the driver so that when we stop they can do a quick clean before we continue the trip

Everything was very smooth as far as the ticket check and boarding. The bus was clean and the driver was pleasant. Only problem I had was the leg room. My right knee only bends 25% so I always sit at the aisle so that I can straighten it. I'm sure that's a safety hazard although I try as much as I can to tuck it in. Also the sockets were loose, charger continued to fall out.

2 bus drivers were very ignorant, not helpful at all, the bus stations we stopped in were so dirty, my daughter wouldn't even use the restrooms, the building were so run down, the bus was so cold and we had a 19hr journey from Nashville to niagara falls USA, Never again,

Bus delayed almost 2 hours. I had to take amtrack instead.
