ONEX BUS has received praise for its helpful and friendly drivers, as well as the convenience of online booking and a good schedule. However, some users have reported delays in departure times and issues with washroom availability on certain vehicles. Additionally, there were concerns about luggage handling and unexpected vehicle changes during trips to Pearson Airport.
Awesome driver. Nice, quick and safe. Surprising very comfy seats (I’m 6’1” and didn’t find it awkward) . The only thing needing improvement would be the signage of where to go /which bus to go on while at the airport . We managed to find the bus with little to no problem but the signs in the airport and then outside at the bus stops are maybe a little confusing to some with the lack of info of where each bus is going or where to stand to wait for the right bus. We were lucky and found the right person at the right time so we had no issue.

The driver was very nice, the bus was clean and sits comfortable. The bus driver was driving safely and smoothly. The bus was again late, when we arrived to London and stop on the first bus stop it was a need to repeat name of the station at least twice and make sure passengers were waking up and leaving ymthe bus on the right station. It was 2am and after over 10 hours of flight and 2 hours driving it is easy to fall in deep sleep.

No there aren't washrooms on board. However, the buses make regular stops for the passengers' comfort.
1 carry-on bag with a maximum weight of 7kg (15.4lbs) per bag. You can bring 2 checked bags, free of charge. Extra bags will have additional fees of $20.00 CAD per additional checked bag. Total maximum weight 23kg (50.7lbs) for all checked bags.
