Awesome driver. Nice, quick and safe. Surprising very comfy seats (I’m 6’1” and didn’t find it awkward) . The only thing needing improvement would be the signage of where to go /which bus to go on while at the airport . We managed to find the bus with little to no problem but the signs in the airport and then outside at the bus stops are maybe a little confusing to some with the lack of info of where each bus is going or where to stand to wait for the right bus. We were lucky and found the right person at the right time so we had no issue.

I enjoyed the quiet nature of the bus and the smooth sailing experience. The pick up was flawless and the expierence was great. However, I was supposed to unload at YYZ but I was asleep at the time and woke up 5 minutes away from union station in downtown Toronto. fortunately, I was able to make it on time to the flight but when I tried to communicate with the bus driver he was very unresponsive. Even when we arrived in Toronto at union station he was on the phone and did not respond to me when I asked him for instruction to get my to the airport from union. Usually, the drivers are extremely friendly and do nudge me if I was not up especially when I verbally told them that I am going to YYZ. This was just out of the ordinary for onexbus as I take it quite frequently and never faced this issue. I usually would rate this bus 4.5 but this experience was not up to the standards they usually uphold.

Bus ride was fine the issue was that the bus was about 90 minutes late. There was no communication saying that the bus was gonna be late and no other information of when it was coming.

No there aren't washrooms on board. However, the buses make regular stops for the passengers' comfort.
1 carry-on bag with a maximum weight of 7kg (15.4lbs) per bag. You can bring 2 checked bags, free of charge. Extra bags will have additional fees of $20.00 CAD per additional checked bag. Total maximum weight 23kg (50.7lbs) for all checked bags.
