Helpful driver. Slight delay due to traffic congestion but the driver knew his lanes and got us to Bristol earlier than we thought we would make it.

Felt very sorry for our driver trying to get to the airport…what a nightmare for him & many other passengers in cars trying to get their flights. A large number were walking with their luggage from about a mile from the airport. Shocking planning by those responsible, and, from what I could see no 24hr working. Whoever authorised this should hang their heads in shame.

First of all our time of departure was put back by half an hour which we could put up with but unfortunately due to the coach turning up another 45 minutes late we ended only being able to enjoy an hour of the 3 hour airport lounge time slot we booked as we then arrived to find the the drop off point had changed to a long up hill walk whereas it used to be outside the terminal door.
Another thing that didn't help was that the coaches air conditioning didn't work!
Customers praise the on-time service, polite drivers, and comfortable buses. However, there were some issues reported with a driver almost not allowing a passenger onboard due to confusion over an e-ticket from another bus company. The driver seemed rushed in handling the situation.

All was fine but I very nearly wasn't allowed on the bus as I showed the driver what I had from mega bus on my phone he said it was not a ticket. I had to tell him to read it then he let me on. He was in a rush.
