Horrible. I was at the bus stop at 10:15, when the bus was scheduled to depart, and the bus never arrived or departed way earlier. No notification of this on the app. Horrible.

The bus was comfortable and the driver was friendly. The bus stop signage in the Pearl District of San Antonio was not very clear and most passengers arriving in the area were confused where to go at first. There was also an alert sent out stating the bus was going to be delayed 1 hour when it actually left on time, so thankfully we did not wander too far or we would have missed it.

Bus very delayed and driver was yelling to everyone as if she were the mom. Not speaking in a good manner way

I am 19 and was hit on by the much much older bus driver and he kept talking to me after i said no. unacceptable and i will never ride a bus ever again.

everything was generally good. the only thing was that the bus itself felt like it need a bit of a face lift. it was a bit run down and not as comfortable. but regardless, it was perfectly fine to travel.

Decided to go with Uber instead at the last minute because a 2 hour delay would have ruined my time in Austin.

It was very good. No problem. The bus was clean the driver was very concern about the passengers. There was problem with the bathrooms and she said she will accommodate the passengers by stopping if anyone wanted to used the bathroom.

Very agressive and disgustive with people, it was a bad time

The bus was an hour late and there was no one in the “terminal” to communicate what was happening.

We didn’t even get on the bus as it was more than 2 hours delayed and we had flights to catch in our destination

Bus was delayed 1 hour 40 minutes. I ended up taking Greyhound from San Antonio to Austin.
