Greyhound Australia Sydney Melbourne recent customer reviews
I couldn’t board the bus to Melbourne because of technical difficulties in public transport , I arrived 3 minutes late at the stop. I tried to call beforehand to let the bus know that i would be arriving just a bit late but there was no customer service available! I couldn’t do anything…

We travelled on 15th January from Sydney to Melbourne. The journey was disastrous. We broke down 2 hours after leaving due to a problem with the coolant. After a stop of about 1 hour, no tow truck came to help us. So the driver left again with the light still on and saying to stop. After more than 10 stops on the side of the road without knowing the reason, we drove for 10 hours with a dangerous light on. The driver put our lives in danger. The journey was therefore catastrophic, we are very disappointed with the journey and are asking for compensation given that we arrived 5 hours late!

Only plus of this journey was the driver, who kept trying to fix a leaking coolant hose. There was no help from the bus operator in terms of sending a mechanic or an alternate bus. Stranded in a almost no network and middle of nowhere highway for almost 3 hrs, waiting in vain for the assistance.
