Very disappointed with service. I was 30 minutes late to Sacramento.Attendant at Sacramento and Oakland Jack London office were very rude. Since the bus was late I had to take train that stopped in Oakland. Pay another ticket at Bart by walking there to get home. I understand about the bus being late and things happen. It was disappointing how staff was rude and not understanding try to make adjustments. It was attendants at station that were not courteous.
