Intercape receives praise for its comfortable buses, friendly drivers, and punctual service in several reviews. Passengers appreciate the availability of chargers on board. However, some concerns include late arrivals without prior notice and issues with air conditioning being too cold during trips. Additionally, there were reports of occasional cleanliness problems upon boarding the bus. Overall, passengers express satisfaction with safe driving experiences despite minor inconveniences.
The driving and travel were good. The drivers do drive with care are considerate. I also appreciate the fact that we were informed in a time when Intercape was behind schedule. When I booked for the coach, I was under the impression that the terminal is at the Caltex garage and there are waiting rooms with ablutions just like the other Intercape terminals. It was extremely cold and drizzling yesterday. My shock to find out that the shelter is a bus stop that accommodates less than 6 people. No ablutions. Some passengers went to the Caltex garage and were told there were none. Three passengers relieved themselves behind the bus shelter. One of them was so much under pressure and needed to do a Number 2, in full view of passersby. It was so disrespectful and just plain inconsiderate of passengers. Intercape must do better on this one as people choose Intercape because of the service they give. This one is a No No.

They were late to arrive in Worcester so I think Intercape should be able to communicate this with its passengers. The amenities were faulty for instance the air-conditioning was blasting colder air through the top shelf what's the purpose of the flip vents if they're going to control the temperature anyways. The charging ports where very faulty, passengers had to rely on other passengers seats to attain a power supply. The wasn't water in the taps at the toilets and neither were there paper towels and that was in the beginning of the trip already. They should create a announcement system that would alert people of pitstops, pick-ups and drop offs, relying on a shout system in 2025 with a bus business that has been operating intercity travel since 1986 is mindboggling.

The trip was delayed, I was supposed to arrive 07:20 to my destination only to arrive at 14:10, no communication from the bus drivers, nothing!
