Pacifico User Reviews
Pacifico receives positive feedback for providing a comfortable travel experience with ample legroom, outlets, USB ports, and clean washrooms. The bus generally arrives on time. However, some passengers noted discrepancies in trip duration estimates and seating arrangements not being enforced as selected during booking. Additionally, there were issues with accessing audio-visual entertainment due to unavailable headphones or non-functional movie screens.
I had no trouble with traveling on Pacifico bus. I took the bus from the bus station in PV, bought the ticket there instead of online, and the bus was on time. My trip ended in Guayabitos but instead of going to the new bus station, I was dropped off on the side of the road at the Pemex. Not sure why they do that. But going back to PV, I booked the ticket online which was easy to do. The bus came into the bus station for pickup. Clean bus, good temperature, stopped a couple of times but not for long. Very affordable and reliable. I will use Pacifico again!

Trip was fine. Seats picked on Busbub did not matter as everyone sat anywhere.

I paid for 3 seats next to each other and all our seats were taking by other people who were all asleep. Myself and my family had to sit away from each other in what ever seats were available. Horrible experience!..If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I was dropped off alone after dark on the side of a road with no bus station or open stores with heavy bags and I'm 71 years old and I'm supposed to call my friend to pick me up and I don't even know where I am or speak Spanish. There was a bus station right across the highway from here but that was too inconvenient for them so they just dumped us all off on the side of the road! Irresponsible and dangerous because I could have been robbed or not had a SIM card yet to use a cell phone because I assumed I was going to a station as my ticket indicated. And there were too many stops along the way which made us very late

The bus was very comfortable. Plenty of stops for the restroom.
