Intercity bus Toronto London recent customer reviews
The driver was fantastic! We were not picked up in the usual van but a kind of mini school bus that was extremely bumpy, no power outlets and very drafty.

The bus was an hour late the drivers were very rude and did not know what was going on. On the way to Elgin Hall the bus driver dropped us off in a random parking lot in London and told us to wait for a bus. Gave no details and did not tell us anything just told us to get off. Turns out an uber driver came to pick us up and drop us off at Elgin hall and even he did not know the way. Had to call a student at western to guide us to Elgin hall. Would not recommend at all terrible service. Tried calling to figure out what was going on and the guy hung up on in the middle of the conversation. Hated this service

Fast and comfortable trip to London. There is communication gap between driver and management. I recommend for others.
Many users have praised the service for its friendly and helpful drivers, clean buses, and comfortable seating. The overall travel experience is often described as safe and satisfying. However, some travelers noted occasional delays in arrival times due to various factors such as weather conditions or waiting for passengers. Additionally, there were mentions of confusion regarding bus stop locations at airports which could be improved with clearer signage.
ONEXBUS Toronto London recent customer reviews
The driver was friendly and helpful. But again, the bus was an hour late arriving at the destination. I realize there is a disclaimer stating that times are dependent on traffic but, given high DAILY traffic volumes from Pearson to KW, together with the number of stops scheduled, more realistic arrival times should be noted on the schedule, so riders can better plan. Even without multiple stops, traffic, and construction, there is almost no way to make the journey from Pearson to Western University in the posted 4:15 to 6:35pm. I will not likely book ONEX again.

The bus arrived just slightly behind schedule, but close enough to not cause any troubles. It was easy to find the pickup points, and takes the hassle out of travelling from London to Pearson. My flight was delayed departing, so the customer service was efficient in sorting out my problem.

We arrived safely which I suppose is the most important thing. I don't usually feel unwell from motion, BUT this driver was SO jerky in his driving. We left 20 min late which was clear by his driving. Although we were late leaving and obviously late arriving, he still decided to have a break along the way.
Customers have shared positive experiences with the bus service, highlighting punctuality and friendly drivers. The buses are often described as clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant journey. However, some users noted the absence of charging outlets despite being advertised and occasional delays in departure or arrival times without prior notice.
FlixBus Toronto London recent customer reviews
Ride ended up taking 1 or 2 hours longer than expected which I understand cause of Toronto traffic, but there was this awful sound like some sort of alert going off the entire 3-4 hour drive that stopped me from sleeping snd gave me a massive headache.

Your bus was delayed for 2 hours. No notices or anything. It actually said departed on the board! Major hassle for everyone waiting

The seats were much smaller than the ONEX bus, the driver wouldn't even talk to us when we asked a question, and the bus smelled.
The reviews highlight a generally positive experience with the bus service, emphasizing punctuality, friendly and professional drivers, comfortable seating, and clean buses. Many users appreciated the smooth rides and modern facilities at stations. However, some mentioned that the air conditioning was too cold on certain trips.

Beautiful, clean, modern station at Union. Friendly driver, leaves on time and excellent pick up and drop off points. Cheap fares.

It was awful, the bus driver was 2.5 hours late and joked about it multiple times. The outlets on the bus also didn’t work.

I dashed to the terminal in Toronto only to discover the 3:15 bus to London had been canceled. Very disappointed there was no email indicating a cancellation. I hope to receive a refund. All other trips have been successful. Thank you. Renée S.
Many users have praised the friendly and helpful drivers, as well as the clean and comfortable buses. The service is generally on time with smooth travel experiences reported by several passengers. However, some reviews mention occasional delays due to scheduling changes or traffic issues, while others noted minor concerns such as air conditioning problems or Wi-Fi connectivity challenges. Overall, Rider Express provides a positive travel experience for most customers.
Rider Express Toronto London recent customer reviews
the bus had a fire alert despite there not being an actual problem, and the bus was forced to go out of service. we were stuck in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours. no fault of the drivers, they were very kind and sympathetic, but it was still very physically taxing to have my journey extended by three extra hours.

Our bus broke down in the middle of our trip. Had to wait for 2 hours before another bus came to convey us to our destination. Not a pleasant experience for a first timer
Users consistently praise the service for its punctuality, cleanliness, and comfort. The seats are noted to be very comfortable with ample legroom, and the presence of a working restroom is appreciated. Additionally, drivers receive commendations for their professionalism and helpfulness. While Wi-Fi connectivity could see improvements according to some users' experiences, overall satisfaction remains high due to these positive aspects.

Kudos to our bus driver this morning for calling the attention of one passenger using her phone on loud speaker. The bus and the toilet was clean. I just hope that they could improve on the wifi connection though.

It was my first time using New York Trailways. I was going from Toronto to London Ontario. And this was the best trip. The seats are very comfortable. And I had a space for my legs to feel free. There was a working restroom, which is a big plus. I can't say anything about Wi-Fi, because I didn't use it. I was listening to music. And I want to add that the driver was also excellent. He helped me with my luggage. His attitude was positive. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for such a good trip

Red Arrow ON Toronto London recent customer reviews
Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

However, some reviews mention that buses occasionally arrive late, lack promised amenities like electricity, and could benefit from clearer communication regarding service details. Despite these concerns, many users appreciated the courteous staff and smooth journeys.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience.
I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.
Customers appreciate the simple check-in process and comfortable seats. However, there are consistent complaints about the bus being late for pick-up and arriving in London 1.5 hours behind schedule. Some suggest finding less congested routes to avoid delays. Additionally, some passengers mention a lack of outlets on the bus as an inconvenience during their journey. On a separate note, other customers report that despite affordable fares and quick travel times, they experienced noisy conditions with unpleasant odors from onboard toilets."

I’m afraid there wasn’t a lot I was happy about. The driver was on his phone, the vehicle was old and has to go in the slow lane with hazards on as it was so slow.

Our experience was shockingly inadequate. After an international flight from Madrid we had anticipated the final homeward bus ride to be the least complex part of the trip.
Told to be at terminal 1, pillar P4 15 minutes before our 5:05 p.m. bus - we followed instructions. By 5:30 there was no sign of the bus, so I checked messages and at 5:40 received one indicating the bus would be there by 5:35! There was no further communication from the company - nor did our bus ever arrive.
At 6:45p.m. (Having waited outside in the cold for 2 hours) an alternative company also heading for London, Ontario was able to take us on board (at $40 each) and we arrived at our destination.
