Red Arrow User Reviews
Red Arrow has received mixed feedback from its users. Many passengers appreciated the safe driving and punctuality of their trips. However, several reviews highlighted issues such as non-functional USB ports and Wi-Fi, unpleasant bathroom odors, unexpected costs compared to previous experiences, and a bus breakdown that caused delays despite compensation being offered for future travel.
Driver was courteous. Bus was clean. Seat was comfortable. Driver dealt with a passenger who had a medical emergency when disembarking for a time break in Kingston. Driver stayed calm, contacted emergency services and comforted victim until paramedics arrived. He also liaisoned with Starbuck staff as the emergency ended up on the restaurant property adjacent to the bus lay up at the Harvey’s. Driver kept us informed and as no was going to Scarborough Station or there were no scheduled pick ups, he was able to keep on time. Kudos to him.

The service itself was great, however, I had a bus booked for 0915. This bus was cancelled, yet I wasn't informed about this. I waited in freezing temperatures for an hour. I had to use a nearby hotel to call, and they informed me that my booking had changed to 1130. This would have been fine if I was informed, but I wasn't. They said they tried to call me and emailed me about the change. This didn't happen. What I would recommend, is having a Whatsapp contact as well. Because I am from overseas, my phone could only use the internet to keep contacted (I was using an esim). Instead on relying on phone contact/email to contact passengers, and this either doesn't work or could be missed. Sending a Whatsapp message to the passenger would be a lot better. And passengers could also contact the bus company using the app.
