Very bad! Bus should go on 10, they told me there it would be late. After waiting 0.5 h I decided to buy a new ticket with different company.

After the bus came an hour late and we left the driver unloaded about 20 boxes of oil on the side of the road only to then reload them back onto the bus. I would assume the person they were meant for could not take them.this wasted another hour.
