Amtrak busride was the nicest transportation we experienced on our trip. The driver was friendly, helpful and accomidating. Very professional. This was much better than the squished seats at the back of Alaska Airlines after pushing us to a later flight. We were pleasantly surprised.
According to customer reviews, there were several negative experiences with the bus service. Customers reported that the bus did not show up and they ended up missing their flights. Additionally, there was a lack of communication from Greyhound regarding cancellations or updates, leaving passengers stranded at the station without any assistance. These incidents were described as utterly disgraceful and disappointing by affected customers.

0/10. The bus never came and was apparently canceled although no email or notice was sent to update us or share this information. There was no greyhound staff at the station and they were unable to be reached through the phone. All the people at the station who had been expecting this bus with purchased ticket and no indication otherwise were left in the lurch and made to buy an additional ticket but through amtrack to continue the trip. Utterly disgraceful and disappointing

My bus never showed up. I waited at the stop for three hours and ended up having to take three buses to get to seattle. Ended up getting home around 5:30 pm and not the expected 12:35 pm. No one could tell me why my bus didn’t show up.
