Bus driver respectful and kind, accommodating. The bus itself in poor working order from many broken seats that are dangerous to sit in and overall bus appears run down and in disrepair.

This trip was OK. There was a very long and unnecessary stop at Framingham. We sat there for over 10 minutes. They may have been required, but if there were no reservations for pickup at that point, why bother?
