I booked a 15:20 bus from Bellville, but the bus left around 00:00 midnight from Cape Town. I had booked a bus to Rustenberg from Cape Town. This bus was meant to get to Joburg at 07:00, in time for a bust to Rustenberg at 12:00 midday. The bus was delayed to 07:00 pm, fine we get there but the bus is not. We then get told that the bus will be Tau and will arrive soon. By 20:10 a taxi arrives to take people to cape town station now, only to wait there untill 00:00 midnight. The bus then arrives in Joburg after 18:00 and now we had to borrow money for a taxi to Rustenberg because that 12:00 ticket is useless at this point. I hope this dies a quick death so that it doesn’t fool any more people into believing this is actually a reliable transport business. What a horrible service.

The bus has overload of 14 people standing in the passage with their luggage. It stops for up to 3 hours at a time without explaining what's going on, as a result 21 hours later I'm still in Beaufort West. Rubbish bus

Very disappoint with (1) the staff behaviour in Johannesburg where they collecting money from everyone for every little bag carried irrespective of the size and the conditions written on the tickets and being rude in their approach to customers as if they are doing us a favour. (2) Suboptimal queue marshalling control and etiquette. (3)The poor internal control and unprofessional approach relating to allocation of number during check in where numbers are written by a red pen on a customer hand. (4)The lateness of the buses. I booked for 13h00 bus but ended up leaving after 20h00. (5) Lack of communication where the bus went to stop in City Deep for more than an how without any form of communication to the customers.

Booking was for 15:00 bus only left after 17:00. Overloaded and driver did not make enough reliever stops along the way. Some of the seats malfunctioning, not declining. Unauthorized stop and loading more passengers along the way. Most uncomfortable ride ever experienced.

Trip was delayed from 3pm then to 5pm then to 7pm all this we were at station already. Then the bus was overbooked and I had to sit on the pathway for an 18hr trip. Worst experience ever and would never advise anyone to use this company ever
