The bus was not well equiped neither fulfill the expectations for an international 20h trip: bad staff, bad air conditioning regulator, bad preparation with amount of water and meals served, bad wifi, extremely bad timing…

The first driver was very friendly and helpful and seemingly a good person However there was a terrible delay at the border crossing due to legal reason involving the driver, we were help up for nearly five hours. There were not sufficient meal breaks and stops, once we crossed the border into Argentina, I went 24 hours without eating a proper meal. The seating and bus in general was quite comfortable and would recommend it to any would be traveller.
