We used a mini bus from our designated departure place,which was dissapointing we were then told to.get off the minibus in the middle of nowhere as we will have to wait for the original big bus we waited for almost 3 hours 💔When the bus got there it was so old the chairs where uncomfortable when we got to capetown we were not dropped off at the place we had initially stated on the ticket we had to get off the bus and wait again for taxis to deliver us .malayalam see me now see me no more Literally everyone on the bus was complaining

Bus was late then it dies 3 times but at least after it dies at Worcester they send taxis to fetch us

Makalala did us bad, I booked a ticket from Mtata to Cape Town and I ended up in crossroad. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get into a shuttle that took an hour because the driver could not use the GPS. I think Makalala Transport can do better by not giving false information to clients.
