The Timboon bus was overloaded with luggage on seats and was not going to Harare instead the driver lied and later on when at Pretoria I was told There were going to put on the other bus going to Harare. So at the border, I had to transfer to an overloaded bus with luggage and passengers sitting on the buckets, in the passage. This company doesn't comply with health and safety issues, respect the clients

Very dissatisfied. Poor service and disgusting way of communicating with customers. Had a breakdown at Louis Trichardt mountain at around 02:30 am on Saturday, only got assistance after 6hrs. All in all the journey took me 42hrs to reach my destination. They need to revisit their way of doing business

The route time and duration was wrong. The bus actually left at 0600 the next morning and was double the time that was stated. Nice drivers who were helpful and did there best. Load music playing the whole journey which was painful
