I must say, enjoyed the low prices of the tickets. But I didn't enjoy at all the conditions of the toilet in the bus, the extreme cold air conditioning, the not working of the personal light over my seat in order to read and finally the impoliteness of some drivers! Some were very polite and helpful but some others shouldn't behave in this way the did. So because of the above, my general feeling is dissatisfaction.
