We arrived at Victoria Coach station to find out booking did not exist and there were no coaches to Durham so we were stressed. We were transferred to a coach going as near as poss but couldn’t relax wondering how we could get home but the driver did sort transport for us in the end.

I loved there was enough leg room. The temperature was just right.
Only thing on the return journey the bus was around 15 minutes late it would have been nice if the driver acknowledged that by explaining or apologising.
