Horrible experience! Very disappointed. My departure was set for 12:30am and the bus showed up at 4:30 am.
4 hours late with no updates no answers as too why it was delayed. Sat in the cold with my daughter waiting with no explanation from any of the greyhound staff.

I have no review as I have no experience as the bus didn't show up and left me stranded in LA at 1.15am with no accommodation.
Users have shared positive experiences about the comfortable and clean buses, with some highlighting the availability of movies during their trips. The service is generally appreciated for its safety and comfort. However, there were mentions of a missing toilet paper in restrooms on one occasion and an inconvenience regarding ticketing services at certain locations no longer being operational.

I really enjoyed the comfortable seats they had. I was able to watch at least three movies on my trip because they had movies playing. The only part I didn't like is that the restroom was missing toilet paper but honestly I'm grateful I didn't need to use the restroom. The service is nice and they drive pretty safe.

The drivers are always friendly and professional and the seats are as comfortable as I can expect the one thing on this last trip I didn't have was a charging port and that left me without entertainment for most of the journey.
