Greyhound Montreal New Orleans recent customer reviews
We were traveling from Montreal (PQ) to New Orleans (LA). We waited 3h30 hours in NYC because there was no driver. They found one to drive us to Richmond. There we waited 4 hours, because no driver again. Then we took a bus to Atlanta. The power was out in the station which was not their fault I know. We waited 3h30, then we took a bus to Mobile where we were supposed to wait one hour. Instead we waited 2. We were supposed to arrive in New Orleans at 5.30 am, instead we were there at 9am.
We didn't understand what happened exactly and it was a really long journey.
However, the staff was professional and tried their best to help all the customers in each town we waited.
