The staff was not very helpful when I arrived at the gate. I arrived at the terminal before the scheduled time to leave and there wasn’t anyone at the gate(80) to check my ticket so I approached the driver at the gate beside mine(79) and he ignored me and proceeded to scan other people‘s tickets. Once I realized he was ignoring me, I went back to my gate where the bus was pulling off. The person that was assigned to my gate told me I missed the bus and I can talk to the information desk to find out what they can do for me. Once I got there the lady inside the booth gave told me to call customer service to see if they’ll change my ticket. I called and the representative on the phone blamed me for missing my bus because majority of the passengers got on. He told me he can’t help me and to buy a new ticket… we disconnected twice before I gave up. I realized then that nobody working for greyhound at this terminal or over the phone was going to be helpful. I spend more than I could afford on another ticket to take the next scheduled bus.
