Worst ever, 4 hrs delay and a rude driver… no compassion at all. Bad customer service, everyone in this bus should receive compensation.
I will make sure as many people as possible know about our bad experience and suggest to never use Greyhound service.

The bus left 1 hour before the departure. I had to take a taxi (70 usd) to penn station in New York to make it for the other bus.
Employees at the station were absolutely not helpful

The second driver was friendly, helpful and professional. He was on time and clear in his communication and a safe driver. One frustration we had was figuring out where actually we were to catch the bus at Penn station. It would have been nice to read that bus will stop on the street in front of Penn Station on Alling Street.
Seat room is never enough. 😜
Wifi was spotty and kept disconnecting. Power outlets worked but loose from over use. Charger kept falling out from vibration and gravity.
