This one was extremely bad. I don’t know what is going on with Greyhound… they don’t care about us. First of all, we were 1 hour late. Second, smell of toilet was cutting our eyes! Even when I moved to the first seats, the small was there everywhere! Third, the driver refused to switch on the ac, we had to ask him for this.

At the stop station in ALBANY there is no bathroom in good condition, there is no place to have something to eat comfortably like a sandwich or a good Cafe and the place is look like abandoned. We have to go outside to find something correct. The driver is a real gentleman and we arrive earlier as what the information says to us.

The trip to Montreal from NYC was on time. The bus driver( Chris) set the rules at the beginning so that everyone in the space was ensured the best/ quietest trip with minimal disruptions

Breakdown on the bus, we had to wait 5h to see the issue solved. Nearly 5h late.

The staff at Port Authority was helpful to me, I also liked having access to wifi during the trip, I had to prepare some work activities and the connection worked pretty well. I would suggest the bus sits should have tables to support the laptop.

I was pleasantly surprised by my bus trip to Montreal after the Amtrak trains had stopped running due to Covid. The driver from Albany to Montreal was really nice and quite professional. He communicated to us in great detail throughout our trip. I will definitely consider taking Trailways again.

The bus was comfortable. The driver gave plenty of information although he had a thick accent that made it hard at times to understand. We had a rest stop and were well briefed for the border crossing.

I liked how spacious the train was. But the wifi was not working in my section of the train which is the main reason I decided that I was going to take the train
