It was good. They should have a schedule located on the bus or an intercom to say when the next stop will be. They should have breaks and drivers who can speak English.

The bus was delayed 6 hours causing me to change other travel plans a secure a place to stay overnight. The bus drivers where friendly however th baggage attendants and station staff where most unprofessional and in need of basic customer service and business etiquette training.

The cost of an extra bag costs just as much as the ticket. Inexcusable.
