The bus was dirty and over packed from the outset with people being told there was no room to 'check' a bag and large suitcases then being put in the ailse.
The seat itself was large and comfortable enough but worn and the curtains next to it were wet!?!
The bus made many stops meaning we arrived 45minutes later than advertised.
The toilet...well...it was legitimately a hole through to the road...on a nearly 9hour journey with no toilet stops.
A wild ride, you'll get there, but perhaps not in the comfort you'd expect.

Very bad: the bus left with 15 minutes delay, which increased at each stop while there were always make adjustments to the engine. At a certain point, the tire broke down and we have to leave the bus in the middle of the way. After 30 minutes, we restarted but few kilometers after it stopped again and we had to leave the bus and find a way to arrive to Cusco on our own, which cost 50 soles more. This bus line should not be used from anyone

Maybe it's just the local culture here, but on late-night buses, there are people who play videos with the sound on, and the person sitting next to me was on the phone the whole time, so I couldn't sleep at all. I want people to be more careful.

Very comfortable bus, lots of legroom, quiet & easy to sleep. My friends and I were very happy in general. We do wish there had been some communication about dining -- we were on the bus from 8am until 3pm and assumed there would be a stop for lunch (based on our internet research on this route). I wish we'd been told we needed to bring food!

Overall very happy. Coach had comfortable seats that could be reclined and despite being a light sleeper I was able to sleep well. Also impressed with how much security is provided to the check in luggage.
