The drivers were very friendly but were able to tell passengers what they rules were that they had to follow. I was impressed by the way in which they spoke as many of the passengers were not English speaking so he wanted to make sure the rules were spoken very clearly.

Your bus to the airport was 14 minutes late. Because I had a flight to catch, I waited 10 minutes and then I bought ANOTHER ticket on a later bus so I would get to the airport. And 4 minutes later, my original bus arrived (14 minutes late) so I took it. And so I wasted $25. And was frustrated. In the 10 minutes PAST the stated departure time I waited, I tried calling your office but no one picked up the phone. If the bus is going to be late, there should be a notification sent to all those like me that worried the bus left early or isn't coming at all. Why add stress to your client's experience when even a simple computer program could send an update assuring everyone the bus will arrive even if a bit later than promised.

It was great but there was no sign to inform people of the correct location/side of the street.
