The bus driver was great!! She got us to NYC safely! The bus seats were terribly uncomfortable. There were rips in the seats which in the summer wearing shorts made a 5 hour drive not great. There was like no AC so I sweated like crazy the entire trip and the electric box in our seat wasn’t grounded down in what just hanging off the back of the seat.
Should make sure the buses are clean and seat repaired before long trips.

Terrible. The bus driver was an hour and 15 minutes late. The bus ride being at 9:00 pm was already late so the fact that the ride was delayed was very inconvenient and I missed any train I could take back home to my town because I got to my destination so late there were no trains available.

We arrived 3 1/2 hours later than expected. One passenger did not have a seat for the entire 7+ hours we spent on the bus which was dangerous and very uncomfortable to be a part of.

The bus was clean and air quality was great. The seats were a little snug and the outlets weren't working even though the bus driver tried to get it to work.
