The bus was beautiful and very clean, the only thing is passengers on their cell phones not respecting other passengers it should be mandatory to wear headphones and limit conversations other than that everything was great.

The bus didn’t have any ac. We asked the driver and he responded with bad attitude saying that the ac wasn’t working and that if we wanted to we could just get out there and wait for another bus. Instead of apologizing because we didn’t know the ac wasn’t working. It was so hot everyone was sweating. Also they threw our baggage in the second stop just because it didn’t have a sticker. We didn’t know until they told us. The lady was rude. The also didn’t check nobody baggage so irresponsible and unprofessional.

Very bad experience. We were in the greyhound bus for almost 24 hours. I will never take greyhound again.

Awful, buses were extremely late and had little to no communication as to when it would come. Two young vulnerable girls stuck in a bus station to we’re unfamiliar with. Will not use ever again
