The bus was late 2 hours just because they were trying to merge the 1:45 ride while I was supposed to leave at 12 pm. That was an awful ride they lied about the time, so they got me to wait for 2 hours.

The driver was really nice and friendly! The bus was comfortable. The WiFi did work, that was maybe a little annoying.

The bus was delayed for over two hours! I only received one email saying the bus had been delayed but the link showing for how long was incorrect.

Very bad experience. Bus was dirty with a weird smell. Some passengers wasn’t wearing a mask. 2 passengers were listening to music or movie out loud on speaker and another was on the phone for more than 30 minutes talking and laughing at loud.
