VIA Rail Montreal Toronto recent customer reviews
My train was supposed to arrive at 9:45 PM, but it didn’t reach until 11:40 PM. Because of the delay, I missed my bus to Windsor that was scheduled to leave at 11:00 PM. I had to spend the whole night at the station waiting for the next bus at 8:00 AM. This experience was extremely exhausting after a long trip. I hope VIA Rail takes punctuality more seriously, as delays can seriously impact travelers’ plans.
Rusul K.
A 5hr layover in Ottawa due to sudden cancellation and rescheduling of the via rail connection was a real pain.
Ranjani R.
Although Airlines allow my suitcase which are upto 23 kgs, Via Rail charged Penalty of CAD 28 for suitcase which was above their dimensions. This is outright cheating gullible customers who have no option before boarding the train
