Bus Tickets from Calgary to Edmonton

I had to purchase another ticket due to miscommunication from the carrier regarding pick up and drop off point changes.

The trip was on time. In fact, we arrived 5 minutes early which was helpful in buying me some time for my resumption at work! The driver was kind and professional!!

The driver was good. I just didn't like the fact that the bus was late by over 20 minutes.

Bus was 20 minutes late and when we took off we got off at cross iron mills and the driver took 20 minutes to let me know that there was an issue with the bus and during those minutes he left the doors open so the bus was freezing and when we finally got on the road the bus broke down and then had to wait ANOTHER 40 minutes to figure out another bus to take me to my destination, I'm appalled with this lack of preparation in service

I was not impressed with the driver at all, she was on the phone for the whole trip, I was supposed to be at my stop for 240pm, I didn't get there till almost 4pm. There was no 5-10min break in Red Deer. She was very hard on the pedals jerking us around constantly. Not happy at all with my experience 😕

Driver was very accomodating despite me being a bit of a pain for him. My sincerest thanks.

Excellent service, Kelly the driver was very professional and courteous. He made sure all passengers had all the info needed for our trip. The bus was very clean and fresh Well done!!

Im satisfied with the bus because its clean but the driver press the break too hard like three times and I even hit my shoulder at the back of my front chair

The bus was very clean and comfortable; however, I found the reflections caused by the tinted windows very disconcerting. It may have been the result of the overcast day which may have been worse but not completely. The only way to eliminate it was by turning your head 90 degrees to look straight out which was very uncomfortable. I get motion sickness if I read in a moving vehicle so window gazing is very important to me. I was in the small bus.

On March 12th/2025, I had fkexeble bus ticket @12:35 pm but I couldn't get it because the flight delay in arrival Calgary airport, and I asked to your office for change to 2:55 pm, and I was denied and paid again for new ticket. And this is my first and last time yo use your services. I'm very disappointed

Had mechanical issue with the bus. transferred us to another bus that was not as luxurious.

Bus was great but there was no signage at cross iron mill mall to know I was at the correct spot

there was a woman worker in the red deer stop that was extremely rude unprofessional and upsetting to deal with

Very professional this bus was very good price. The guy was efficient and we ended up being a little bit early to our destination. He was quick and efficient with getting the bags on and off the bus. Very nice gentleman he did a very good job.

Very bad service unprofessional. Start the bus 20 minutes late and reached at destination 40 minutes late. Unhygienic seats and small bus not adapter charging point, no water and refreshment service as compared to other bus service. Price was also high. Behaviour of employees at counter very rude

Bus arrived late, pick up point has no waiting area. Bus was run down and seats are not comfortable.

The driver is on time and very nice. But when we have our first stop at red deer, there’s a drunk passenger came on board. Passenger clearly not in normal behaviour. During our trip he disturbed some passengers and the driver while driving which might cause distraction and accidents. I really wish there’s a cold shot policy to reject drunk passengers for safety of everyone.
