Plus point- Washrooms, upper cabinets for small bags . 2 seats attached to each other should have a hand rest in the middle. It not only give a relaxation but also a bit of privacy from each other and that’s the most important point to look into

My 14 year old sister, almost 15, was simply not allowed on the bus without an escort, although there was no information about this anywhere, we were very upset by this incident.

We did not used our tickets because where waiting in wrong station Southgate mall bus stop 2118 @5:30 pm, I found out at the other station @ 5:31 we ran back and forth, sadly the bus had already left without calling me.

First of all the driver came late and afterwards didn’t gave bus break at red deer. Which was mentioned in my ticket.

They changed the timing at the last minute and changed the pick up place too i was scammed by them never relying on these

Calm, comfy and courteous. On schedule, and other passengers were nice. Stop locations can be slightly unspecific, but I got to my destination despite this.

2 hours late with bus problems, but driver not the issue. Very frustrating trip👎😰

Bus was on time - good. Bus hit a deer - not driver's fault but be aware passengers with little English were alarmed when they were told the bus was not going to the airport. They were told there would be taxis to take them to the airport but then they had worries about cost. Of course other passengers stepped in to help but they really wanted Red Arrow to assure them.

I enjoyed the ride. The seats were nice. They played 2 movies from Edmonton to Calgary. The walking rows were spacious and there was free snack foods. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because of the 2 ports that are 110 outlets just below the window. Without having these behind the seats, it makes it inconvenient for the customer sitting on the inside window seat to have to have cables running over their lap for the customer on the rowside seat that is looking to use an outlet. Other than that though, the trip was awsome and the wifi was hard to stay connected to having intermittency issues.

Driver was eating and talking to passengers while driving instead of paying full attention to the road. We arrived with 20+ min delay. Washroom was dirty and smelled bad. Many power outlets were not working.

Everything was good except being greeting badly by the front desk receptionist with ill attitude. Unfit to serve customers

I enjoyed the comfortable seats. The staff was well organized and communicated well. I enjoyed the ride.

The bus from edmonton airport has a wrong pin. The ticket map shows renassence hotel but the actual place to get on the bus was door 10 on the arrivals of the airport

It is okay. But the dropped off at Centex is a bit scary. But the driver and his colleague is nice and prompt. Awesome.

I miss the greyhound infrastructure: the station connected to the Ctrain, and stops that had security and restaurants and were centrally located. But my bus driver was great!

Driver drove it very professionally plus the timing was accurate as per ticket when I reached their no late at all
