The bus had an issue with wind shield and had to be replaced by another bus. The driver made a poor judgement by stopping at a location and letting people out when we weren't actually waiting for help to come (she admitted herself) then when finally we decided to go to whitby but took a long time to gather everyone who went to near by convenient store and coffe shop without a timeline to come back by. Then when another bus arrived at whitby whom refuse to take more than 7 passengers despite the room and our driver's request. We witnessed arguments between the two and decided that it's better to find a new transportation ourselves. Many took the train and Ubers to Toronto. We arrived 3 hours later than the bus was supposed to only because I found an alternative transportation myself at my own cost instead of waiting indefinitely.

The September 26 1PM Megabus from Montreal to Scarborough was scheduled to stop in Kinston for a 15-minute break, but it was actually delayed for 1 hour and 40 minutes because of no driver at the scheduled time. We were told. The bus arrived at Scarborough Library Stop 1 hour and 30 minutes late. That was a terrible experience.
