Bus Tickets from London VIA Rail Station to Toronto

Horrible. Bus was over 35 minutes late, the customer service person lied about the reason, and I missed my flight because of the delay. Originally we were informed of a 15 minutes delay, after that there was no update, but through the "track my bus" feature we could see that the bus was parked at the company's own parking lot for over 20 minutes, when the bus was already late. Customer service said the delay was due to traffic, but other company's busses coming through the same roads were in time, and map apps didn't show any significant traffic disruption. Then customer service said that the bus was stopped to board passengers, but there were only 5 passengers in the bus when it got to the Wellington @ Exeter stop, which could've not taken more than 5 minutes to board, at most.

Bus was over an hour late and stressed me out because I was scared I'd miss my flight.

Enjoyed it was on time, didn't enjoy the fact that we were picked up in a minivan and then brought to a bus station and then transported to a bigger bus. This delayed the arrival time by 40 minutes.

I love it it was a very nice lady riding the bus everyone was quiet and I can charge my phone on the bus was the best experience! Maybe some of the sits where dirty but that's all.

I enjoyed the extreme professionalism of the bus driver. I like that he started the trip by using the intercom system to remind folks of bus etiquette rules (ie wear your seatbelts, use headphones, etc). This was one of my best rides!

Bus arrived on time, but the seats are really crammed together and there are apparently reserved seats so we had to move to another location in the bus after we were already settled. There was no toilet paper in the washroom. Be careful when you book, because some buses take a slower route into other locations and it can add to the travel time.

bus showed up late, and i was flown from my seat numerous times as the bus driver would fail to slow down, and have to slam on his breaks to avoid rear ending other cars.

The bus was almost 2 hours late and they made me randomly get off the bus and take another rider bus which was very confusing and seemed unnecessary

The ticket was sold to me under false pretense. I bought a ticket to arrive in Toronto at 1:30 and didn't get in until 2:30. Unacceptable business practice.

Bus came on time. Seats were very comfortable, snacks were available. Hostess was super sweet, arrived to my destination a little over my scheduled time. But it was rush hour.. The only thing that I didnt like Was it was very hard to see out of the window from the tinted sticker.

Driver and attendant were very courteous. Bus was clean and drive was quick. We actually reached destination early. I got a good hot cup of tea and fresh cookies. Thanks

Attending university in london, I have been travelling back and forth between Toronto and London for around 4 years. I have not encountered a better company than Red Arrow. Their communication, punctuality, service, and comfort are unmatched while still having competitive prices. My favourite company to make the London-Toronto journey, I just wish they had more times available!

They cancelled the bus at 10:30 pm the night before. I had to scramble to make other arrangements.

Bus turned out to be a white van that smelled of cigarettes and literally gave me hives. Driver was swerving off the road on the highway multiple times, cars and trucks were honking at us the whole way. Thought we might die. I will NEVER book with them again.

Absolutely horrible. The bus never came and nobody answered my calls or called me.

The train was on time; service at the train station courteous and offered help with printing the ticket. The boarding itself was less pleasurable - the attendant at the door did not set a stool to reach a high step to the train and actively avoided a chance of being asked for help with the luggage. The ride itself was quite bumpy, with the train changing the speed abruptly.

Decent train, lucky that the cart was mostly empty. But we were 15 min late enroute and then 30 min standing waiting for the platform in Toronto. Got late for everything and such a waste.

Instructions and help was clear and available. The trip was 40 min late ( rail congestion). My seat tray was broken and the seats were not very comfortable.

Terrible. Transferred from a car to a bus and was 90 minutes behind. Not because of traffic or breakdowns but just waiting in London.

Worst bus company I’ve travelled with. Was not informed I would be picked up by a van and then transferred to a bus. The information about the trips such as the stops and timing was all wrong. Arrived at my destination an hour later than expected. Especially weirded out by the van pick up, that should be stated somewhere in the booking that it would be a van to bus transfer. Horrible trip for such a high price.
