Bus Tickets from Toronto to Western University

Ride ended up taking 1 or 2 hours longer than expected which I understand cause of Toronto traffic, but there was this awful sound like some sort of alert going off the entire 3-4 hour drive that stopped me from sleeping snd gave me a massive headache.

Your bus was delayed for 2 hours. No notices or anything. It actually said departed on the board! Major hassle for everyone waiting

The seats were much smaller than the ONEX bus, the driver wouldn't even talk to us when we asked a question, and the bus smelled.

The bus driver scrapped another bus while pulling up to the stop, then because of that he had to pull over on the ride and take 20 mins to call someone for damage control. My ride that was estimated to take 2 hours and 50 minutes took 4 hours and 30 minutes… that is unacceptable and far too long for a trip to Toronto to London.

Very bad . They won't even wait 2 minutes post departing date . I requested them several times I was stuck in the subway to union station. If they could halt the bus but they didn't they leave citing that other passengers were asking to leave. Favouring one passenger over another? Discrimination at its peak. The lady who was at the customer service Representative from onexbus was equally unprofessional and less empathetic. Me and my friend both kept calling her but she plainly refused to let the bus stop even for 2 minutes . I ran for my life to catch the bus and then they cite me reason that bus won't wait for anybody even if it's a life and death situation. Please look into it kindly

Wasn’t a destination on time. Bus rattled. Sounded like tired where hitting something

I paid for a direct trip that started with a departure that was already more than 1h late. Again, it was advertised as a direct trip but stopped twice both of which weren't on my ticket. Dropped me NOT at my location then shuttled me to my location via a van. Was the driver safe? Yes. Did I get the product I purchased absolutely NOT.

The experience was really disappointing. The “bus” arrived 40 minutes late, and instead of a proper bus, they sent a small van, which was not what I paid for or expected. The ride felt unorganized, and to make things worse, they dropped us off at the wrong location. Overall, it was a frustrating and unreliable service — definitely not worth the money.

It was a good transportation affordable, very much liked. Usually, we get help to lift our luggage up into the car, that was missing.

It was awful, the bus driver was 2.5 hours late and joked about it multiple times. The outlets on the bus also didn’t work.

I dashed to the terminal in Toronto only to discover the 3:15 bus to London had been canceled. Very disappointed there was no email indicating a cancellation. I hope to receive a refund. All other trips have been successful. Thank you. Renée S.

Megabus left early and was on a separate floor than I was aware of. Thank god for flixbus they allowed me on theirs and I got to London on time

the bus had a fire alert despite there not being an actual problem, and the bus was forced to go out of service. we were stuck in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours. no fault of the drivers, they were very kind and sympathetic, but it was still very physically taxing to have my journey extended by three extra hours.

Seats and bathroom were very clean and the bus left on time! Great service overall!

Our bus broke down in the middle of our trip. Had to wait for 2 hours before another bus came to convey us to our destination. Not a pleasant experience for a first timer

Kudos to our bus driver this morning for calling the attention of one passenger using her phone on loud speaker. The bus and the toilet was clean. I just hope that they could improve on the wifi connection though.

It was my first time using New York Trailways. I was going from Toronto to London Ontario. And this was the best trip. The seats are very comfortable. And I had a space for my legs to feel free. There was a working restroom, which is a big plus. I can't say anything about Wi-Fi, because I didn't use it. I was listening to music. And I want to add that the driver was also excellent. He helped me with my luggage. His attitude was positive. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for such a good trip

The bus was clean. The driver was courteous and professional. We reached on time.

Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

Everything was wonderful. The ladies ( the driver and the assistant) were very nice.

The bus cancelled on us and never notified us so we waited in the cold for an hour on Christmas Day missing Christmas dinner with our family

Needs easier ways to communicate and receive information. Too much guessing with the service to be provided.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience. I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.

I’m afraid there wasn’t a lot I was happy about. The driver was on his phone, the vehicle was old and has to go in the slow lane with hazards on as it was so slow.

Our experience was shockingly inadequate. After an international flight from Madrid we had anticipated the final homeward bus ride to be the least complex part of the trip. Told to be at terminal 1, pillar P4 15 minutes before our 5:05 p.m. bus - we followed instructions. By 5:30 there was no sign of the bus, so I checked messages and at 5:40 received one indicating the bus would be there by 5:35! There was no further communication from the company - nor did our bus ever arrive. At 6:45p.m. (Having waited outside in the cold for 2 hours) an alternative company also heading for London, Ontario was able to take us on board (at $40 each) and we arrived at our destination.

Bus did not show up. Or did not park where shown in the ticket. Had to book another bus casing a further two hours delay.

The bus and driver were wonderful. I kind of expected internet, plugs and a bigger bus - however the driver and bus were definitely fine. The signage in the Airport is not helpful.

Near Miss Incident due to Driver felt asleep many times during driving from 00:30am to 01:00am

The bus and driver were excellent. The app I used had a different pillar number than my receipt which caused some confusion. The trip itself was almost an hour longer than reported. I understand traffic is hard to predict, but a better idea of possible arrivals/ delays would be nice. The driver should announce what is normal and not normal. More signage at the airport would help a new user like me better. I was not told if there was wifi or charging outlets.
