I was very disappointed I didn’t make it to my destination because of the bus breaking down and I had to book a Lyft to go to my destination

Terrible experience. We were put on a bus with bad brakes. We were forced to wait in Macon for 2 hours after waiting on outr 7 am bus for 3 hours extra. Then we ended up stranded in Orlando because the last bus to Tampa had already left us. I ended up spending $90 on a Lyft to get home to Tampa from Orlando. Very disappointed

We arrived an hour before the departure of our bus. They let people onto the bus up to us, and we were waiting for about 20 minutes until we were told the bus was overbooked and left without us and 7 other people. They told us to wait 20min for the next bus. Then, we were told the next bus was not available until 5 hours later. Extremely dissatisfied. Never taking Greyhound again.
