I love the driver.. he's so professional and his hospitality was just on point. I was expecting the big bus and that was why I booked Nordic bus but was disappointed when I saw small shuttle bus.. am very tall and my leg got stucked and blood cldnt flow through my legs which caused pains in the body due to the small space in the small bus. However, I thank God for safe trip. The journey was smooth.

It was first my first bus experience. I felt awkward to be bribed to leave a review for a bag a chips and bottle of water.. and rhe driver wasn't presenting this in a positive mood as well. I had no clue what was happening during this and communicated that too him. He ignored me and just got in the drivers seat and went on. I will bring my own snack next time. But I heard that not allowed.😡

Good driver. Seating is tight.

I enjoyed the spacious seating on this bus but our driver did not communicate that there would be a stop in Kingston and how long it would be. This caused a lot of anxiety for me because I wanted to buy food but he ran off the bus to buy food somewhere without notifying us passengers. Also, there was no sanitizer in the washroom on board and they didn’t have a sink. I found that very nasty.

I had a hard time locating the pick-up point. Nobody seemed to know, not even the Uber driver that took me there.

It's shocking that my cousin and her baby were left stranded by a bus driver simply because she didn't have a car seat. Not only was the driver rude, but their lack of empathy cost us dearly. I had to spend money on an Uber to go pick them up, and then another $30 for Uber and $205 for a new Via Rail ticket. This terrible experience highlights the need for better rules and customer service from bus drivers.
