Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport to Ottawa

The driver didn't know what stops were on his route, so he told us we were at the wrong bus, and then left without us, which delayed our trip by a day. Also, the customer service line hung up on us when we tried to get more information about the situation.

Terrible, bus from Ottawa to Toronto was dirty, smelled urine from washroom. Bus from Toronto to Ottawa was somehow cleaner but was late 50 minutes. One hour into trip we where asked to transfer to another bus which was overcrowded. Would not definitely recommend this company !

I was assigned a 10C seat-which i did not request, as I do not like the back of the bus. this was the first time seat assigned. I had to move twice. I am 74 with arthritis in both my hips. Made my trip very hard.

Clean bus, reliable driver, and all ky packages were stored safe and no damages were found! Would def recommend!!

Excellent pickup, kind driver, smooth and efficient route that avoided downtown Toronto and Scarborough. Very convenient for travelers from the northern part of the GTA going to Ottawa . It also wasn't busy like Yorkdale or other places along the 401. The bus was full but comfortable. I'm really enjoying this Orleans Express and Red Arrow partnership. The Ottawa train station is also a great disembarkment spot. We arrived within 14 mins of the scheduled arrival, even with the short stop in Kingston.

I never made the trip. They sent out a late departure email saying they were leaving at 6:30pm when it was supposed to originally depart at 6:15pm. My girlfriend and I arrived at the station at 6:20. The bus operator saw us, refused to speak to us, and drove off at 6:23. It’s ironic that we have to accommodate to when they are late, but this is how Redarrow treats their clients when we are on time.

The driver who drove the Bus which departed from Toronto at 6.15 pm (6th August), was really friendly and helpful to ALL customers equally and he also arrived at Ottawa sharp at 11.20 pm, and was very punctual. The driver is very admirable in terms of his driving and the behaviour and discipline.

Bus was on time. It would have been better if some means are available to track the bus esp. for international passengers knowing the coordinates and timing of the bus at airport or bus driver number. Overall a good journey! Thanks Redarrow!

There was a delay and I ended up reaching home an hour and thirty minutes later than said.

Hi perfect on timing clean and pleasant atmosphere. Bus seats need cupholders or small table to hold cup of coffee. That’s my suggestion

Too many stops to pick up passengers. The ride from Toronto to Ottawa was over 6 hours. Very long and extremely tiring.

The service was very good and the bus is clean. This is my first time using the box

I did not like it. It was too crowded and humid. Estimated time of arrival was way off. And just seemed disorganized, someone even almost got left at a pit stop becuase he didnt do a head count.

It was the worst. The bus arrived 28 minutes late for pickup. The driver drove so slowly (around 20km/h slower than the speed limit, especially on the highway). The driver showed no signs of urgency, despite the fact that we were terribly behind schedule. We arrived at Ottawa at 2:54pm, more than 1 hour later than the scheduled time of 1:50pm.

The ride was smooth and bus was spacious. However the delays were really frustrating, and the 2 hour layover didn't make sense for a 5 hour trip. We got to Ottawa almost at midnight when it was supposed to be arrival at 10:40.

I paid not money with this bus line than another but did not get the megabus i expected. I was placed on a regular bus.

The operators were rude &the bus was so incredibly HOT I felt like i couldn’t breathe

Hard to find bus the bus wasn’t called metro linx it was called Go bus !

Horrible they cancelled the trip and didn’t even email me. Trip was cancelled a few hours before. Entirely unprofessional. Still awaiting a response.

Today they didn't notify me that my bus was canceled and I was in the cold for a long time.

I didnt even go on that trip. The driver didnt show up. I was there waiting for 4 hours out the cold. No one contacted me neither is there a number i could contact.

Checked in baggage policy was unclear and bus driver was rude. Policy said 2 checked bags allowed and additional bags will be $10 charge, but bus driver said each checked in bag is $10 and charged me cash that he then pocketed. Bus driver wouldn’t let anyone off the bus to use the washroom during stops, even though he got off and went to the washroom himself. The bus doesn’t have a washroom and we were only allowed one 15 minute break that turned into 30 minutes. So I ended up being 40 minutes late when I finally got to my destination.

I was at the designated stop 35 minutes early, the bus was late. I called to confirm I was in the right spot and the customer service attendant said yes and to wait in the right spot. I received a text with pictures of where to stand and that the bus was running 4-5 minutes late. 10 minutes later I called back and the customer service representative told me I was not there and left without me. I asked for any form of assistance and then was hung up on. I then called back and left with a voicemail. I also called with a Pearson airport representative and they were also hung up on.

didn’t tell me it was a shuttle bus and spent almost 7 hours in pain with my hip deformity

Terrible service. Being informed 2 hours after the departure time that the shuttle was experiencing issues and would not arrive was unacceptable. Had to book a flight back home that cost me 700$.

Driver was 2 and half hours late. Came in a sienna car and not a bus ! Got to ottawa and driver didn’t stop at Bayshore mall and went straight to Downtown. Very unprofessional driver, played loud music all through the journey.

Pick up was on time.
