I did not enjoy at all, first the delay was till 1 hour. When i reached there the bus got delayed again for 2 hours. In total it was 3 hours no reason was given. We all were just waiting in uncertainty for 3 hours. This is not acceptable, worst experience ever.

The bus was comfortable and clean. Updates on time delays would have been helpful in arranging pickup. I had no idea we were running an hour behind schedule. Updates here and there saying the roads were not safe and driving was slower as a result (presuming that is why we were late) would have been nice.
