Firstly, our trip was delayed by 1hr 40mins..we were on the bus at 18:00 but it only departures at 19:40..we only made it to our destination 3 hours later than the said arrival time due to the driver missing a stop and having to turn back..
It was an evening trip, we couldn't rest because the reading lights stayed on and kept flickering causing headaches..
Our seats were literally loose so every few minutes we had to get up and push them back into place as they were sliding off..
It was a nightmare, especially since travelling with kids.

My trip was terrible. My driver missed my stop completely and I was forced to get off the bus at another location in the most unfavorable weather conditions (snow). The driver repeated that it was my fault that HE missed my stop and I was further inconvenienced by having to book in at the place I was dropped off since the weather meant that no travelling was permitted that evening.
