Waited over 1.5 hrs after posted departure time in the pouring rain. Eventually a minivan comes and takes all the people from our train station stop to the terminal stop as the bus wasn’t going to pick us up from there? Very weird. We eventually arrived much later

It took an hour just getting out of London despite there not being traffic in the city, and we finally arrived at Pearson shortly after 4 when we were supposed to be there at 2:40. Even with some traffic on the highway that’s a bit ridiculous.

The bus was 75 minutes late after saying it would only be 30-45 mins late which is already ridiculous. There was no contact in between to let us know there would be an additional 30 min wait. Would not recommend at all. Worst experience ever.
Many travelers appreciated the punctuality and professionalism of the bus service, highlighting comfortable seating and friendly drivers who communicated effectively. However, some users noted issues with unclear boarding instructions in London and minor inconveniences like cold temperatures due to air conditioning or lack of amenities such as toilet paper. Overall, passengers enjoyed their journeys despite these small challenges.

I enjoyed the extreme professionalism of the bus driver. I like that he started the trip by using the intercom system to remind folks of bus etiquette rules (ie wear your seatbelts, use headphones, etc). This was one of my best rides!

Bus arrived on time, but the seats are really crammed together and there are apparently reserved seats so we had to move to another location in the bus after we were already settled. There was no toilet paper in the washroom.
Be careful when you book, because some buses take a slower route into other locations and it can add to the travel time.

No footrests, too cold AC on full blast entire 3 hours, passengers not being considerate using speaker phone on full blast for whole ride next to me, driver hid in the bus until 2 minutes before departure time making us leave late despite passengers being lined up for 20 minutes, driver made me crawl under the bus to retrieve my bag, but we arrived on time which was the only positive of this uncomfortable and dissatisfying travel experience.
Users have shared positive experiences with the bus service, highlighting its affordability and reliability. Many appreciated the friendly and professional drivers who ensured a smooth journey. However, some reviews mentioned minor issues such as occasional delays in arrival times and discomfort due to high temperatures on board or lack of clear Wi-Fi instructions. Overall, passengers felt safe and satisfied with their travel experience.

It was my first time using this service. But I was worried because it said to be at the pick up spot by 7:30 and I was there. I assumed the bus would be there at that time too but it didn’t actually arrive till almost 8:10. Then traffics was heavy on the hwy and we were to arrive at the airport by 9:35 and we arrived at 10:15 So I was a bit stressed.

I enjoyed the quiet nature of the bus and the smooth sailing experience. The pick up was flawless and the expierence was great. However, I was supposed to unload at YYZ but I was asleep at the time and woke up 5 minutes away from union station in downtown Toronto. fortunately, I was able to make it on time to the flight but when I tried to communicate with the bus driver he was very unresponsive. Even when we arrived in Toronto at union station he was on the phone and did not respond to me when I asked him for instruction to get my to the airport from union. Usually, the drivers are extremely friendly and do nudge me if I was not up especially when I verbally told them that I am going to YYZ. This was just out of the ordinary for onexbus as I take it quite frequently and never faced this issue. I usually would rate this bus 4.5 but this experience was not up to the standards they usually uphold.

The bus left on time, seats all had a plug to charge electronic devices. However, we arrived 30 minutes late. Going to an airport, that is not very satisfactory. Indicative travel time should be better anticipated.

The bus was running 45 minutes late, at which point we received an email that is was cancelled and gave a customer support number to call. Would avoid using Megabus in the future as it seems extremely unreliable.

bus showed up late, and i was flown from my seat numerous times as the bus driver would fail to slow down, and have to slam on his breaks to avoid rear ending other cars.

The ticket was sold to me under false pretense. I bought a ticket to arrive in Toronto at 1:30 and didn't get in until 2:30. Unacceptable business practice.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive.
After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information.
So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

Bus turned out to be a white van that smelled of cigarettes and literally gave me hives. Driver was swerving off the road on the highway multiple times, cars and trucks were honking at us the whole way. Thought we might die. I will NEVER book with them again.

Terrible. Transferred from a car to a bus and was 90 minutes behind. Not because of traffic or breakdowns but just waiting in London.

Worst bus company I’ve travelled with. Was not informed I would be picked up by a van and then transferred to a bus. The information about the trips such as the stops and timing was all wrong. Arrived at my destination an hour later than expected. Especially weirded out by the van pick up, that should be stated somewhere in the booking that it would be a van to bus transfer. Horrible trip for such a high price.
